Asset Subsurface Manager
Our Client, a fully integrated Exploration and Production Company working in the North Sea are currently seeking an Asset Subsurface Manager for a vacancy in the UK. The role and its responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:- A proven track record within the discipline of Subsurface is a pre-requisite to be in a position to apply for this role. The successful candidate must have worked directly for Oil and Gas Operating Companies within the UK sector. Candidates must be Degree qualified holding a relevant qualification within Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering or relevant Technical Discipline. The role will include the monitoring of expenditure on elements of the Reservoir Studies budget. Applications are invited from candidates whom can work closely with the UK Subsurface, Asset Manager in order to create, maintain and implement the Company's asset development, reservoir management and exploration plans. The role will primarily be managing the teams work which will include to plan, execute and optimise the development, reservoir management and near-field exploration of the Client's asset development. Candidates will be expected to have a robust and proven track record in a field development/reservoir management role at senior level. Interactions with external bodies will include working with JV Partners, OGA as well as Key Service providers. Candidates with excellent leadership experience and skills with the ability to plan, manage and deliver results as well as resources are invited to apply for this position. Experience of project maturation and activity execution will be expected from the Client. Interactions with internal departments will include liaising with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Projects, Engineering and Wells Managers/Teams.
