Dorota Glowacka

Resourcing Assistant

Dorota graduated in 2003 from Marie Curie University, Lublin, Poland where she achieved her MA in Business Management. Dorota moved to Scotland in 2005, where she began work within a customer service environment, quickly advancing to a managerial role. With an academic background in Human Resources, Dorota successfully completed her CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2006 and secured a position with a local agency in Aberdeen. To expand her experience, Dorota joined Prodrill in 2008 as our Resourcing Assistant and has since successfully passed her REC Certificate in Recruitment Practise. Dorota holds a key role in the support of the recruitment team and daily operations in all aspects of consultant and client administration.
