Operations Manager

With over 10 years commercial & financial experience gained in a variety of industry sectors, Lee joined Prodrill in May 2007 as Business Development Executive from a national recruitment company. As a qualified recruiter, with the natural ability to deliver a high level of customer care, Lee has the commitment needed to exceed the expectations of his clients. In May 2008, Lee was promoted to Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations and the recruitment team, as well as being responsible for the development of Drilling Management, Drilling Superintendent and Senior Drilling Engineering disciplines.
