An experienced Commercial Manager within the Recruitment field, Louise’s career has developed from a practical hands-on recruiter to managing multi-million pound recruitment campaigns for leading PLC organisations. With over 20 years recruitment, management and business development experience, Louise joined Prodrill in 2006 from Hays plc where she held a variety of senior positions over a seven year period. Louise’s diverse commercial and recruitment experience has been critical to the continued development of the Prodrill brand throughout the energy industry. As Managing Director, she is responsible for the financial and legal integrity as well as commercial growth of the business. Louise is currently a member of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
