Back of the net for Glentanar Boys Club as they receive new training tracksuits from sponsors Prodrill

Prodrill Energy Resource Solutions staff put their best goal kicks into action as they presented Glentanar Boys Club’s 2002 age group with their new training tracksuits at a training session yesterday, (Thursday, April 14, 2011).

Thanks to the sponsorship, The Glentanar Boys Club was able to purchase brand new training tracksuits for the 2002 age group, as well as training footballs for the budding sports stars in age groups 2000, 2001 and 2002. Lindsay Bartlet, Coach for the club comments,

“We are delighted to have secured sponsorship for these training tracksuits, ensuring we can sufficiently equip our footballers of the future. They look great and more importantly provide our players with the best outdoor wear for practice in all conditions. Company donations such as this one cannot be commended enough, as it is what keeps us running.”

Lee Clark, Operations Manager at the Leading oilfield resource solutions consultancy continues,

“We wanted to sponsor a local team dedicated to providing players with valuable experience and education in all parts of the field, whilst making football fun. The Glentanar Boys Club seemed like a natural choice and we are very pleased to be able to present these kits to such a dedicated young team.”

Glentanar Boys Club’s coaches are all volunteers, working to provide an all-encompassing football education to budding footballers from the age of 6yrs to 17yrs.

The kits were officially presented to the under 9’s at their training ground, The Woodside Sports Facility yesterday by Lee Clark and Craig Lynas, Resource Specialist from Prodrill.
