Steve Redgrave

Steve Redgrave spent over 35 years at the sharp end of the global oil and gas industry, drilling onshore and offshore exploration and production wells for operators ranging from industry giants to innovative start-ups. A mechanical engineer, Steve commenced his oilfield career with Shell International in 1972. He has since worked internationally for Hamilton Brothers, BHP Petroleum, Oryx, Veba, Centrica, Tullow Oil and Hess.
