Our esteemed Client is looking for a Drilling Engineer to work with them on a permanent basis in Aberdeen. The role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:-

Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working directly for Oil & Gas Operating Companies within the energy sector.
Provide support to the Senior Drilling Engineers and Wells Team Lead for the planning and operational phases of various projects.
Generate and evaluate well conceptual designs to agreed well objectives.
Provide drilling engineering support including development of detailed well design and programs.
Develop master equipment lists in conjunction with the Offshore Materials and Logistics Coordinators.

Applications are invited from degree qualified candidates in an engineering or other relevant discipline.
The successful incumbent will have previous experience working as a Drilling Engineer.
Applicants with experience working on wellsites would be preferred.
Offshore travel may be required to meet the needs of the business therefore all industry competency certification (Medical, BOSIET with CA-EBS, MIST and IWCF Level 4) must be valid to consider this role.
