Fantastic new job opening for a Recruitment Operations Administrator to work on a Temporary Agency Worker contract role in Aberdeen. The role and its responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:-

You will work in a busy admin team who supports the wider group business however you will proactively support in all areas of recruitment administration across a busy recruitment division.
You will carry out a variety of administration tasks related to CV preparation, contractual documents, contractual compliance, as well as GDPR and Right To Work check compliance.

You will have a proven track record and relevant experience within office administration.
You will also have an interest and flair for social media/marketing ensuring that regular updates are provided internally and externally.
You will be proficient in utilising Microsoft SharePoint, and experience in dealing with database application an advantage.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise daily/weekly workload to achieve common goals and deadlines.
Calm and level-headed and the ability to communicate proactively with Management.
Confident with well-developed communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
This role is initially a contract role supporting the wider team during a maternity leave period.
