Junior Well Intervention Engineer

Our Client, an Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company operating in the North Sea have a fantastic career opportunity for a Junior Well Intervention Engineer to work with them on a permanent / staff basis in the UKCS. The role and its responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:-

Candidates must have a robust and proven track record working in the Oil & Gas Energy sector directly at Operator level.
Ensure that all well management activities are planned and executed in accordance with company standards.
Monitor all well management activity, ensuring that costs are within the approved budgets.
Provide support to the well operations teams.
Ensure that all well management activities are delivered on time and meet the programme objectives.
Provide support and assistance to the Well Intervention Engineers and Well Integrity Engineers when required.

Applications are invited from degree-qualified candidates in a relevant engineering discipline.
The successful incumbent will have previous experience working in the oil & gas industry in an offshore or well operations role.
Candidates must have good working knowledge of planning and executing well operations and projects.
This is a predominantly onshore position however offshore travel may be required to meet the needs of the business, therefore all industry competency certification BOSIET with CA-EBS, MEDICAL, MIST and IWCF Level 4 must be valid.
