Offshore Drilling Materials Co-Ordinator
Our Client, proud to be a Company that provides energy and water to communities around the world, are currently seeking an Offshore Drilling Materials Co-ordinator for a Temporary Agency Worker Contract on a long term project in the UKCS. The role and its responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
A robust and proven track record working as an Offshore DMC within the UKCS, having worked directly for Oil & Gas Operators is required to be in a position to apply for this role.
Extensive experience of Drilling Operations and Well Abandonments projects is required from the successful candidate.
It is essential that applicants have a working knowledge of the UK Guidelines for the safe Packing and Handling of Cargo to and from Offshore Locations Issue 4 2008.(HS014). The Client are looking for applications from candidates with a full understanding of abandonment equipment.
The successful incumbent will liaise with the Wells Teams both onshore and offshore, having excellent communication skills whilst working to tight schedules and time-scales in order to meet the needs of the business.
Reporting directly to the Drilling Supervisors and/or Superintendent assigned to this project, as required.
All industry competency certification including IATA & IMDG, BOSIET, Medical, CA-EBS and MIST must be valid for the full duration of the campaign.
This is a offshore position on a rotational capacity to be confirmed.
