Onshore Health and Safety Advisor

Our prestigious Oil & Gas Operating Client, a premier Exploration & Production company, have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Onshore HSE Advisor to work with them on a contract basis in the UK. The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

Experience as an Onshore HSE Advisor working directly for an Oil & Gas Operator is a prerequisite for this position.
The successful candidate must be in a position to travel offshore to visit Client's assets; as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
Experience of providing proactive and effective EH&S guidance, support, and positive challenge to all areas of our Client's operations with focal point support to Projects and Supply Chain departments is required for this role.
The successful incumbent shall also involve supporting EHS incident investigations and managing timely close out of actions as well as communicating lessons learned.
The role will also ensure compliance with legislation, policies, guidance, and best practice through team monitoring of developments and sharing of requirements amongst the wider organisations.
Candidates must have extensive health and safety experience in supporting UKCS operations (greenfield and brownfield) including knowledge of process safety.

This is predominately an onshore position but will require offshore visits therefore all relevant offshore certification must be valid including BOISET, MIST and UKOA Medical as a minimum.
