Project Environmental Engineer
Our prestigious Oil & Gas Operating Client, whose purpose is to play a significant role in meeting the world's energy needs through the safe, efficient and sustainable production of hydrocarbons are currently seeking an experienced Project Environmental Engineer for a Temporary Agency Worker contract role in the UKCS. The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:-
Candidates must have a robust and proven track record working in the Oil & Gas Energy sector directly at Operator level.
Ensure that the project delivery is compliant with environmental company standards and industry regulations.
Liaise closely with Engineers to prepare environmental impact assessments and ensure that the project meets all regulatory deliverables set out in the assessments.
Deliver offshore environmental surveys to identify transmission/distribution cable routes.
Ensure that the project team are aware of all deliverables within the environmental impact assessment and ensure the team is meeting these deliverables.
Applications are invited from degree qualified candidates in a relevant environmental science discipline.
The successful incumbent must have extensive experience working in the UKCS and are familiar with all environmental regulations.
Candidates should be familiar with preparing environmental impact assessments.
