Our industry knowledge dates back to 1982 stemming from the Drilling and Well Engineering sectors. Over the past 40 years, we have morphed into a diverse recruitment agency servicing the global energy industry.

In addition to our team of experts, Prodrill operates an advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a Client Recruitment Management (CRM) system to enable us to manage our data according to industry standards and legislative requirements.

Our CRM allows our resource team to narrow down the potential applications for the client, we only submit the CV’s that we believe will be right for the client’s individual requirements following a detailed screening and interview process by one of our experienced resource team. We are not a CV service; our objective is to provide quality applicants not just volume.
