Commencing her recruitment career in 1989, Louise has developed her career from a practical hands-on recruiter to a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry who has managed multi-million-pound campaigns for leading organisations. After 15 years developing her career within large corporate recruitment businesses, specialising in permanent recruitment at executive level, Louise was headhunted in 2006 by one her top clients to join Prodrill.
Louise is passionate about providing the right recruitment solutions to clients in the ever-changing workforce landscape. She has built up an extensive knowledge of contractor management as well as knowledge of IR35 (off-payroll) legislation. Louise was a key contributor to the OEUK (formerly Oil & Gas UK) working group that developed the initial Off-Payroll (IR35) guidance for OGUK members. She continues to work closely with corporate member bodies, passing her knowledge willingly to both clients and contractors to aid them in their recruitment strategies. With her diverse commercial and recruitment experience, Louise has been critical in the continued development of the Prodrill brand throughout the energy industry.
Louise by nature is a people person, driven, she loves to discuss challenges and finding solutions to problems. You will find Louise walking her dogs across Scotland’s hill and glens, visiting St Andrews beach, and enjoying some of Scotland’s fine larder where she has a passion for quality food, travelling and gin.

An experienced and dedicated Recruitment Manager, Laura has a breadth of technical recruitment knowledge including well services, drilling, subsea and completions, along with the engineering disciplines.
Her diligence and strong belief in equality, customer service and company values set her apart. Laura works closely with highly experienced and seasoned professionals in the energy arena and has been the recipient of an unprecedented amount of referral work, as both clients and contractors have recommended her as one of the outstanding professionals on the market. Before joining Prodrill, Laura spent over 25 years in the travel industry, she is highly knowledgeable in geographical areas and administrations such as VISA’s, travel, and work permits.
Laura’s passions include her love for soul music and cooking for her family. Laura’s dream job would be as a Michelin Inspector. She also spends time in spiritual development including reiki, meditation and walking on the beaches of Scotland.

Throughout her career, Rachael has gained a broad spectrum of commercial knowledge. With the majority of her time spent in various roles across the oil & gas industry working for several organisations including an independent E&P operator and oil & gas energy technology company. Rachael joined the recruitment team in 2022 having gained previous experience within another recruitment business.
Rachael possesses a diverse skillset having worked internationally as a business skills trainer, supporting graduate recruitment programmes, and providing technical support to both onshore and offshore teams. She gains professional satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals, and this coupled with her people-centric outlook has enabled her to transition into a practical hands-on recruiter providing support for candidates and clients alike.
Rachael enjoys time with her dog Charlie, getting out into the Scottish countryside with her camera trying to capture the beauty of what is around her. When not looking at life through a lens, she loves spending time with friends enjoying good food, discussions and possibly a tipple or two.

With over 30 years accounting and finance expertise, Aileen has a wealth of knowledge across all areas of payroll, financial and management reporting. Aileen joined the business over 16 years ago transferring to support Prodrill prior to the MBO in 2009. Fast forward 15 years and Aileen has supported the business through various cycles of legislative change and has in recent years has developed her payroll and pension skills to support the ever-changing business landscape for contingent labour.
Aileen has an extraordinary diligence and takes pride in reconciling information to deliver quality output. Aileen manages and oversees our payroll and finance functions. She is a key member of the management team and collaborates very closely with the Directors on all aspects of fiscal management of the business. Aileen is a member of Certified Institute of Payroll Professionals and manages all of our PAYE Temporary Worker’s payroll.
When she is not looking after her lovely cats, Aileen can often be seen holidaying in Disney, donning Micky Mouse ears (she is a kid at heart), and attending various comedy shows where she enjoys a good laugh.

Heather is one of our most recent recruits having graduated in 2021. With a keen attitude, Heather joined the business to give her practical commercial experience on a temporary basis. Over the initial 6 months, Heather was mentored and trained across various aspects of the business, which has led to her appointment converting to a staff role in recognition of her adaptability.
Heather’s role is to support the recruitment team and contractual compliance, liaising internally with the wider team, candidates, and clients externally. Heather has a natural ability with IT-related matters and is quickly building up her expertise on our internal CRM system. She is keen, willing to learn and will continue to take on more responsibility over time. She also makes a very good cup of coffee, often treating the team to her special blend.
A bit of bookworm, you will often find Heather in a quiet corner engrossed in a good book or completing jigsaw puzzles whilst her beloved cat Sooty is snoring next to her. Heather enjoys attending music gigs and can be found in the kitchen baking delicious delights for her grandma.

Prior to joining Prodrill in 2014, Tara held various supportive admin roles within the financial service sector. A graduate from Aberdeen University, Tara has an intuitive nature and likes to support everyone around her. Over the past 8 years at Prodrill she has held various roles becoming a multi-talented team member.
Tara is currently responsible for overseeing the link between our recruitment operations and payroll / finance teams. Tara has a keen eye for detail and looks to ensure that information communicated, both internally and externally, has been reviewed and approved prior to issue. Tara works to support various individuals across the business including the finance and payroll departments. She is keen to undertake tasks beyond her scope in support of her colleagues and the business.
Tara adores animals and is an avid dog walker and horse rider. She has a great enthusiasm for the outdoors and enjoys going to the gym and swimming. Due to her Irish roots, she frequently travels to Ireland to visit her family and values spending time with them.
