Our renowned client have a new vacancy for an Environmental / Waste Management Advisor to work with them on a international contract role in West Africa. The role and its responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:-

Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working directly for Oil & Gas Operating Companies within the energy sector.
Ensure that all offshore generated waste is managed and disposed of in line with company standards and local legislation.
Conduct audits of activities at local waste contractor facilities to ensure that company standards and objectives are being met.
Identify solutions for disposal of hazardous waste.

The successful incumbent will have considerable experience working in offshore and hazardous waste management.
Candidates must have experience of exporting and shipping of hazardous waste.

Candidates must have good working knowledge of local and international waste legislation.
