Our prestigious oil & gas Client, is currently seeking an experienced Production Engineer to work with them on a Temporary Agency Worker contract role in Aberdeen. The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:-

Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working in the Oil & Gas Energy sector directly at Operator level.
Daily monitoring, evaluation and analysis of production and injection performance.
Provide daily production engineering support to offshore operations.
Development of production and injection optimisation targets for wells.
Conduct ad-hoc work offshore as and when required to meet the needs of the business.

Applications are invited from degree qualified candidates in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably chemical, mechanical or petroleum engineering.
Candidates must have previous experience using production engineering software e.g. Prosper, GAP, PI Processbook.
The successful incumbent will have good working knowledge and experience in design and operation of ESP and gas lift systems.
Applicants must have strong knowledge and awareness of rules and regulations relevant to operations within the UK oil & gas industry.
This is an onshore role, however offshore travel may be required therefore all industry competency certification (BOSIET with CA-EBS, MEDICAL and MIST) should be valid to consider this role.
