Our prestigious client, an oil & gas operator, are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to work with them for a contract position Outside IR35 in Aberdeen. The role and its responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:-

Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working in the Oil & Gas Energy sector directly at Operator level.
Providing HSE expertise and support to the drilling management team during the well operations phase.
Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company standards, legislation and industry regulation.
Act as the focal point for operations personnel on the rig on all HSE matters.
Prepare Well Assurance Plan guidance at each well phase, ensuring senior leadership participation.

The successful incumbent will have previous experience working in an HSE role within an oil & gas operator in the UK.
Candidates with experience and understanding working on drilling operations would be preferred by the client.

This an onshore role, however offshore travel may be required to meet the needs of the business, therefore all industry competency certification (BOSIET with CA-EBS, MEDICAL and MIST) must be valid.
